SNC西港新城是由欧亚跨国集团LIXIN集团打造、柬埔寨政府主导、中国同济设计院规划的一个占地2500公顷的超大城市综合体项目。其位于柬埔寨南部知名海港城西哈努克市，紧邻柬埔寨首条高速高路金港高速的出入口和西港国际机场，坐拥12公里东南亚最壮美的红树林生态景观以及2公里的黄金海岸线。

SNC西港新城以保护基地自然环境为前提，以西哈努克区域联动发展为引领文化，挖掘本地特色，依托周边优势资源，形成集旅游观光、休闲度假、生态体验、商业金融和娱乐于一体，打造具有国际影响力的柬埔寨新商业经济城、一带一路东南亚产业枢纽、全球生态文旅目的地。

SNC Sihanoukville New City is a 2,500-hectare megacity complex project built by the Eurasian multinational group LIXIN Group, led by the Cambodian government, and planned by China's Tongji Design Institute. It is located in Sihanoukville, a well-known seaport city in southern Cambodia, close to the entrance and exit of Cambodia's first highway, Golden Port Expressway and Sihanoukville International Airport. It is surrounded by 12 kilometers of the most magnificent mangrove ecological landscape in Southeast Asia and 2 kilometers of golden coastline.

SNC Sihanoukville New City takes the protection of the natural environment of the base as the premise, takes the joint development of Sihanoukville as the leading culture, explores local characteristics, and relies on surrounding advantageous resources to form a city that integrates tourism, leisure vacation, ecological experience, commercial finance and entertainment. Cambodia’s new commercial and economic city with international influence, the Belt and Road Initiative’s Southeast Asian industrial hub, and a global eco-cultural tourism destination.
